So what does it mean when a very capable smart and fantabulous worker bee works at a company for just over 2 years and then applies for an internal position and then after submission gets contacted by HR to schedule a phone screen to see if there is a "culture fit" ?


It means the comedy is everywhere people. Goddamned everywhere.
